Racism or Not? Vine Video by African-American Teen goes Viral

A Vine video by an African-American teen has gone viral and it’s gathering a lot of attention in the African-American community and “black Twitter”.

In the clip, the teenage boy films a white store clerk discreetly following him around the store as he shops, then he later shouts that he’s aware that he’s being followed.

The conversation on social media is that because he is “black”, he is being followed around to see if he will steal or possibly do something illegal.
